I spent the last year trying to stay as active as I could in between dealing with physical limitations due to overall chronic pain along with back and neck issues. I am still not where I want to be in terms of strength and a toned body, but I most certainly have made progress. It is challenging to keep up my workouts because of some shoulder pain that I have dealt with for weeks. Today I tried the treadmill with a sling. I think it was better that way. Elvis, Hank Williams, George Strait, and Rich Mullins helped me out too.
