My Tai Chi Experience

It is challenging to keep up my workouts because of some shoulder pain that I have dealt with for weeks. Today I tried the treadmill with a sling. I think it was better that way. Elvis, Hank Williams, George Strait, and Rich Mullins helped me out too.
