Apart from slicing them for salads, you can make dip for crackers and chips – great thing to bring to a potluck or get together with friends. Here is one of many recipes: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/radish-dip/
They are delicious finely sliced in salads or just eat them like this. Love radishes! You can also pickle them. And I think you could grill them/cook them too. But never done that before. I usually go for slicing them in salads.
Another proponent of pickling here. Radish Kimchi is normally made with winter radishes (specifically Daikons), but if you are feeling curious, you could do some experimentation. Take the plunge and ferment them!
I just posted a delicious roasted radish side dish- which I happened to eat for dinner all by myself!! You must have a ton of fabulous radish greens- mmm mmm!

If you have too many, pickle them and can them. I did this last year.
